Terms of Service

By using Auddi.ai, reserving a cube, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

These terms apply to the Auddi.ai website, the cube device pairing and verification services, and any related apps or updates.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order or create an account. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

If you are using Auddi.ai on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

The $99.99 Founders Reservation is a founders-only charge that reserves one of the first 10,000 cubes. It is not a deposit or credit toward Starter, Pro or Studio purchases, and it is not deducted from any other device price.

Reservations are limited to the first 10,000 reservations and are non-transferable between accounts. If you change your mind, you can request a full refund at any time before your cube ships.

Final pricing, shipping dates, and availability are subject to change, but any reservation you already paid will lock the lower Founders price shown at the time of your reservation.

All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm your order.

You may check out as a guest or while signed in. Payment is processed through our secure Auddi.ai checkout provider.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, inventory limitations, or violations of these terms.

Refunds on paid-in-full orders are available for 30 days after delivery, provided the device is unopened or returned in original condition. Founders Reservations are refundable until the cube ships.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and recovery codes secure. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your plan tier determines the number of cubes you can pair. You may remove or relink a cube from your account, but sensitive actions may require re-authentication.

Fingerprint and voice templates are stored locally on the cube. We do not store raw biometric data on our servers. You are responsible for the people you enroll on your device.

You agree not to use Auddi.ai to violate any law, infringe on rights, or interfere with the service or other users.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the cube firmware or our software. You may not resell, lease, or sublicense access to the service without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you misuse the service, share account access, or abuse support channels.

Auddi.ai hardware comes with a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

To the extent permitted by law, Auddi.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in dispute.
