No. Any action that sends a message, makes a purchase, or changes a file requires your fingerprint or backup code. Skills can prepare drafts, but they only act after you verify.

How do I pair my Auddi.ai cube for the first time?

Plug in the cube, sign in to your Auddi.ai account, then go to Devices and choose Pair a cube. You can scan the QR code shown on the cube's screen or enter the six-digit pairing code displayed there. Once claimed, the cube is linked to your account.

What happens if I replace or lose my cube?

From the Devices page, choose Lost or stolen next to the missing cube. We revoke the old cube's serial number so it can no longer access your account, then you can start a fresh pairing session to link a replacement.

Can I rename a paired cube?

Yes. On the Devices page, click any paired cube to give it a nickname, such as Desk cube or Studio cube. This helps you manage multiple cubes.

You will see a warning on the Devices page before you hit the limit. Once reached, you cannot pair another cube until you either unpair an existing one or upgrade your plan. The page shows a direct upgrade path to the next tier.

How does touch-to-verify work?

When you wake the cube, the top touchscreen glows and asks for your fingerprint. Press and hold the sensor for about one second. The cube reads the print locally, matches it against your enrolled profile, and unlocks only when the match is verified.

Where is my fingerprint data stored?

Your fingerprint template is stored only inside the cube's secure enclave, encrypted on the device. We do not store or upload your actual fingerprint to the cloud. We only keep basic device metadata, such as the serial number and nickname, in your account.

You can enroll multiple fingers per profile. During setup, the cube guides you through five small captures per finger, such as center, tip, left, right, and base, so recognition is accurate from different angles.

Make sure your finger and the sensor glass are clean and dry. Try pressing a little more firmly, or re-enroll the finger from the Devices page. If the sensor still fails, you can use a backup code sent to your account email to verify access temporarily.
